Appearance classification of diamond circular saw blades:
According to the size of the saw blade, it is divided into large saw blades (saw blades with a diameter of 900mm or more), medium diameter saw blades (saw blades with a diameter range of 300-850mm), small saw blades (small slices with a diameter of 105-250mm), and carving blades (small saw blades with a diameter of 50-95mm).
1. Continuous edge saw blade: Continuous serrated diamond saw blade, usually made by sintering method, commonly used bronze binder as the base matrix material. When cutting, water must be added to ensure cutting effect, and laser is used to cut the types of gaps in the blade.
2. Blade type saw blade: serrated, fast cutting speed, suitable for both dry and wet cutting methods.
3. Turbine type saw blade: Combining the advantages of the first and second items, the sawtooth continuously presents a turbine like uniform convex and concave shape, improving cutting speed and increasing service life.
Different materials are used with different types of diamond saw blades, and different powder formulations are suitable for the characteristics of different materials, which directly affect the quality, effectiveness, qualification rate, and even cost and efficiency of material products.
The factors that affect the efficiency and lifespan of diamond circular saw blades include cutting process parameters, diamond particle size, concentration, and binder hardness.
