2. Observe the outer packaging of the stone cutting machine. The outer packaging should have clear patterns and no damage. Open the packing box and observe the appearance of the stone cutting machine. It should be consistent in color. There should be no obvious shadow lines and dents on the surface of plastic parts. According to the experience of the grinding wheel manufacturer, there should be no scratches or bumps. The cast aluminum coating should be smooth, beautiful and free of defects. The surface of the entire machine should be free of grease and stains.
3. Hold the stone cutting machine with your hand, turn on the power, frequently operate the switch by hand, start the tool frequently, and observe whether the switch function of the stone cutting machine is reliable.
4. When trying to cut the workpiece, observe whether there are any abnormalities in the TV and fluorescent lights on the spot to confirm whether the tool is equipped with a radio interference suppressor.
5. Observe the reversing spark during the trial run. Reversing sparks must not exceed level 3/2. Usually, look from the air inlet of the tool. There should be no obvious arc on the surface of the commutator. During operation, there must be no normal noise.
