Saw blade is a general term for thin circular knives used to cut solid materials. There are many kinds of saw blades, and different saw blades have different uses:
1.Diamond saw blades for cutting stone;
2.High-speed steel saw blades for cutting metal materials (not inlaid with carbide blades);
3.For solid wood and furniture , wood-based panels, aluminum alloys, aluminum profiles, radiators, plastics, plastic steel and other hard alloy saw blades.
According to the classification of different materials, saw blades can be divided into high-speed steel saw blades (HSS saw blades), solid carbide saw blades, tungsten steel saw blades, diamond saw blades, etc.

High-speed steel saw blade:
(1) Purpose:
Ordinary high-speed steel saw blades are mainly used for processing or cutting narrow and deep grooves of steel, iron, copper, aluminum and other metal materials below medium-hardness. It can also be used for non-metal milling. High-performance high-speed steel saw blades are mainly used for milling of difficult-to-cut materials (heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and other high-strength steels)
(2) Features: The high-speed steel saw blade gear grinding machine can be used to re-grind the teeth repeatedly; improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

Solid carbide saw blade:
(1) Purpose:
Used for cutting hard alloy materials such as alloy structural steel, carburizing steel, high-speed steel, spring steel, and various aluminum materials.
(2) Features: long life; high-speed milling, high production efficiency, good finish; accurate product size and good quality.

Tungsten steel saw blades are also called hard alloy saw blades. Tungsten steel saw blades are mostly used for wood product processing.
(2) Features: precision, complexity, forming; high hardness, high strength, high melting point, high red hardness, corrosion resistance.

Diamond saw blade:
(1) Purpose:
Widely used in the processing of hard and brittle materials such as concrete, refractory materials, stone, ceramics, etc.
(2) Features: The grinding efficiency is high, which is beneficial to scouring the wear debris, and the surface abrasive particles are not easy to lose the grinding ability due to clogging.
