Overview

Abrasive grain: 

The hard particles with multiple edges and corners on the surface of the cutting disc are called abrasives. They are the main component of the cutting disc and directly take on the cutting work. During grinding, it has to withstand violent friction, extrusion and high temperature, so the abrasive must have high hardness, heat resistance and considerable toughness, as well as a relatively sharp cutting edge.

Granularity: 

Granularity refers to the size of abrasive particles, that is, the degree of thickness. The larger the particle size, the finer the abrasive grains and the smaller the surface roughness value, but the efficiency is low.

Bonding agent: It is a bonding material that cements abrasive grains into various cutting discs.
