Correct use method

● The cut disc of installation Cutting disc to make sure that it is reasonable in fixation installation, check whether the bearing and the nut lock ring is adjusted properly, or installation of cutting piece in the process of operation will be unbalanced, shaking and even detonation, and check the diameter of the spindle shall not be less than 22.22 mm, otherwise it will lead to cutting deformation and breakage.

● The cutting disc must be cut in 90 degrees vertical condition, need to move before and after cutting, can not move up and down cutting, in order to avoid the contact area between the cutting disc and the workpiece is large resulting in overheating, is not conducive to heat dissipation.

● The cutting depth of the cutting disc should not be too deep when the cutting disc is cutting the workpiece, otherwise it will cause the cutting disc to be damaged and the central ring to fall off.
