Application

Precautions when using

1. Due to abrasive wear, edges and corners become blunt, pores are blocked by chips, thus losing cutting ability;

Due to the irregular distribution of abrasive particles in the grinding wheel, the sharpness of cutting edges and corners is different, and uneven self-sharpening is formed during grinding, which affects the surface quality of the workpiece. The grinding wheel dressing tool is trimmed according to the geometric shape of the dresser.

3. When installing the grinding wheel, it must be checked carefully. If the grinding wheel is found to be defective, it is not allowed to install.

4. When the grinding wheel is worn to half of its diameter, it should be replaced in time and the power supply should be cut off during the replacement.

5. When grinding small pieces, they must be clamped with pliers, and smaller pieces must be fixed with boards or other things before grinding.

• Freezing temperatures

• Any temperature low enough to cause the formation of condensation on the wheels when moving from storage to an area of high temperature.
