Overview

Use of cutting pieces and precautions

1. Store the resin cutting disk in a place without direct sunlight and moisture, and place it horizontally;

2. The side of the resin cut off wheel must not be used;

3. Secure the object to be cut firmly;

4. Use the correct flange. Without enhancement: 1/3 or more; With enhancement: 1/4 or more;

5. If the inner diameter of the resin cutting disc is small and does not match the equipment, please do not change the hole diameter of the grinding wheel.

6. Before starting to use the ultra-thin resin cutting disc, please idle for one minute before using it. When replacing a new type of resin cutting disc, please idle for 3 minutes before use;

7. Wear protective goggles, masks, earplugs, gloves, and dust-proof clothing;

8. Use under the maximum operating speed of ultra-thin resin cutting discs and the maximum number of revolutions;

9. Use angle grinder with safety cover, cutting machine with safety cover;

10.Before use, confirm that the resin cutting disc has no missing edges, no cracks, no cracks, etc.;
